Dedicated to ensuring that you get the most out of your week at our clinics in Istanbul or Izmir, your host will be your point of call for every appointment and during the days following the surgery for any ongoing support.
After your initial consultation and the confirmation of your surgery, we will set to work on ensuring that your entire trip to Turkey is as seamless and as stress-free as possible. From travel coordinators on hand to offer help with flights and accommodation, to greeters at the airport to ensure you find your private airport transfer with ease, we don’t leave the support there. Our knowledgeable and welcoming team are always happy to help.
Every patient who passes through our doors here at Longevita will be assigned their own host, who will remain on hand throughout their stay in Turkey. You’ll meet your host at your first appointment in Turkey, after which they will remain on hand for every appointment following. We make sure that each client has a single host, offering familiarity throughout not only the initial appointments but in the 12 months following the surgery.
Familiarity during an unfamiliar situation can provide comfort, which is why we make every effort to ensure you’ll always have your original host. Throughout your stay in our clinic and later, your hotel, the host will act as the central person in the entire process. With a number of people all involved in your hair transplant procedure, having a single person at the centre of it all provides patients with an easy port of call for any questions, queries and concerns. Patients can more easily keep up to date with what’s going on around the hospital, ensuring clarity and comfort from the first appointment to the last.
Not only will you be assigned a dedicated host, but they’ll also remain on hand 24-hours a day during your stay in Turkey. We strive to ensure the best results for our clients, which is why we make sure that they have the support they need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout their stay in Istanbul or Izmir. We understand the importance of having easy access to help when you need it, so rest assured that guidance will be available precisely when you need it.
On the first night after your treatment, you’ll be required to stay in the hospital to give yourself the best opportunity to rest and our practitioners the chance to keep an eye on your scalp. During this first night, the host will remain nearby to handle queries and concerns and will act as the point of contact for both yourself and the staff within the hospital.
Once you leave our facility and return to your hotel, they will remain available through a simple phone call. They can answer any questions you may have throughout the first few days following your surgery to ensure that you’re happy with the results and that everything continues to heal properly.
Your host is not just there to provide company and support – they can also offer translation services across a number of different languages. With specialists in English, Spanish, French, Arabic and a number of other languages, you will always have help on hand to avoid confusion or a lack of clarity throughout your stay.
Each of our hosts is a language professional and/or medically trained. We only hire the best, so rest assured that your host will either have a University degree in their specialist language or an equivalent qualification. Clarity is crucial throughout any medical process, which is why strive to ensure every patient is provided with support not only emotionally, but with their language and communication, too.
Your host will remain contactable for up to 12 months following your procedure as part of our care plan. They can answer any questions you may have and will act as the point of contact for your check-ups throughout the healing process. In the first week, first month, third month, sixth month and twelfth month, they will contact you requesting pictures of how your scalp is healing. From here, they can provide advice or instruction as to how to improve the results or enhance the healing process.
